One dies in Houston auto accident

According to KTRK, a Houston auto accident claimed the life of one person Wednesday.
The Houston car accident occurred when the 20-year-old driver of a truck on Highway 249 struck a wooden electric pole.
The driver was travelling possibly as fast as 100 mph when he ran a red light and hit the pole.
Investigators for the Texas auto accident say speed and not maintaining control of the vehicle were factors in the crash.
