Man dies after potential Texas wrongful death incident

A man died Saturday during an incident involving police that what could become grounds for a Texas wrongful death case, according to the Houston Chronicle.
The incident occurred when police were called to a home on Golden Oaks Drive where a 40-year-old man was reported to be pushing people and attempting suicide.
When police arrived and he would not respond to them, they tried to detain him. They struggled with the man and used a Taser to control him, causing what could become grounds for a Texas wrongful death case.
After the incident that could be the cause of a Texas wrongful death case, paramedics tried to treat the man who was not breathing and had no pulse. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
