Toddlers blamed for Houston fire accident
November 4, 2008
Two toddlers are possibly to blame for a Houston fire accident that damaged 16 units of an apartment complex off of Country Place Sunday, according to KTRK.
The Texas fire accident may have begun because the two toddlers, ages three and one were playing with a lighter.
Several units were damaged in the Houston fire accident. Eight of those units were heavily damaged due to fire. Eight others sustained smoke and water damage.
Firefighters determined that the toddlers accused of starting the Houston fire accident will not be referred to the Juvenile Fire Starters’ Program at this time because they are too young to understand the implications of their actions.
